For women-only targeted massage, your therapist will customize a target session for you. In this short but effective session, your therapist may use different modalities. Heat therapy maybe used to help loosen knots. You may choose to have the upper body (neck, shoulders, and back), or you can have lower body ( hamstrings, quads, calves and feet. If you feel you need more work. Please choose minimum a one hour is recommended.

Your treatment may include a combination of Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), Sports Massage, stretching techniques, and heat therapy to help reduce muscle tension and improve mobility. This is an excellent option if you feel you need more comprehensive therapeutic work during your massage session. Included: Up to two add-ons (when appropriate and no contraindications are present): • OTC Muscle Rub • Percussion Therapy • Hot Stones • Cupping For a more relaxing experience, aromatherapy is available upon request. An intense hydrating treatment designed for women to plump and nourish your skin. Experience the refreshing sensation as your skin looks youthful, fresh and radiant. You will experience light exfoliating treatment, with an intense hydrating treatment. Gua Sha is used to help promote lymphatic drainage. Neck and shoulder work is included in your facial.

An intense hydrating treatment designed for women to help plump and nourish your skin. A soothing face mask included. Gua Sha is used to help promote lymphatic drainage, reduces puffiness and boosts collagen production-amplified by gentle light therapy for a luminous, youthful glow. Cold globes will be used to help with depuffing and help with calming redness. Neck and shoulder work is included in your facial.
